Death, you seek me
a veil over my memory
blissfully unaware of I.

Kill, why, oh so slowly!
Look around familiar faces
and I don't know who or why

Live, with fun and dignity
Hope that your  victory too shall be
Surprise, the kiss, shall take my breath away.

Love, all my beloveds, smile always I shall pray
Reminiscent of me you shall find, everywhere
As He shall take Me away




The writer had lost his mother Meera Chandawarkar to Dementia on 16.11.2016.
A woman of great energy, intellect and compassion.
A great cook and willing to satiate the hunger of all who would visit her.

Time Pass

Yeh Waqt ki guzarish thi, ke,
Tere Deewanepan ko de anjaam.
Par Time pass koi mujhse sikhe.

Mere rahgujar mein, zamaane se
kayeee makaam aate hai.
kuch taaze obituaries aaj padhe honge ?

Subhah ka Suraj,  neend se uthaa kar,
kaam karwa ne pe karta hai majboor
Mere Jigar ki sharaarat ... aur Lahoo ki majboori


(As the sun awakens the people to work
hustle bustle like army ants
Heart pumps the blood in my body.)

" Chal Raha hoon befikri mein, kuch iss tarah se
dhaage se baand duniya ghubaaraa, kuch iss tarah se
Kathputhli ka ehsaas, abhi...............kuch iss taraah se."


(I walk with gay abandon, with an unknown yet resolute reason
tied the world like a balloon, for an unknown yet resolute reason
Realise  and be aware of the puppet you are, in this unknown yet resolute reason.)

Evolution

craze maze experiences
wide eyed references
shutter speed slo mo advances
right to evolve, holy compliances
become, a need in the circumstances
yesterday, today, tomorrow no incidences
unique, no compromises, resonances
Be,  a promise transcendences.

Matter

a subject in substance, Being
of neither mind or spirit, being
a traveller, with or without a reason
..........forever

Significant in relationship, wound
words, it spells in letters of emotions
Listen to the heart, with or without a reason
..........forever

Now, stand in trial, Being of words
Duality shall persist, Yin Yang know not
the frame of time, to be, encapsulated
